​exchange programme 2022-23 is an inventive step as well as a well-thought-out measure for providing exposure to tribal youth of Naxalite-affected States about the lifestyle, social and cultural norms of West Bengal. During this programme, the tribal youth will be given information and knowledge on National Integration, Patriotism & Nation Building, Skill Development, Communal Harmony, the Indian Constitution, Democracy, Rights and Duties of Citizens, Disaster Preparedness and Management, Language learning & Women Empowerment through various academic sessions. Apart from this, field visits to various places and interactive sessions with the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal, CRPF officials & school students are scheduled to be organised. Traditional Cultural Programmes of the districts of West Bengal & visiting the tribal youth shall also be organised.
