Training Programme for Medias about Consumer Rights and Interests

Consumers Affairs, Government of West Bengal, Atri Bhattacharya, IAS Principal Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of West Bengal, Parvez Ahmad Khan, Secretary, Bhavishya Educational and Charitable Society, West Bengal, Arun Kar, Assistant Director of Directorate of Consumer Affairs and Fair Business practices, Government of West Bengal, Sadhan Pande, Hon'ble Minister-in-Charge, Department of Consumer Affairs of Government of West Bengal, Ranjit Das, Member - Executive Committee, Bhavishya Educational and Charitable Society of West Bengal and others. The programme witnessed different Rights and ways of creating a complaint against any wrong things. The training session for Media persons was for more than 35 minutes where the ways and rights were discussed in a very simple manner and after that, an open discussion session was opened for media for getting answers of queries. Sadhan Pande, Hon'ble Minister-in-Charge of Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of West Bengal discussed various projects that can be done in West Bengal in future and also told about the rights, do's and don'ts of a consumer.
