These Pujo capsules on Star Jalsha will have every Durga Puja custom recreated along with Star Jalsha’s beloved celebrities, for a duration of five minutes each. The Jalsha artistes – ranging from Sreemoyee, Mohor, Joba, Charu, Arjyo and a galaxy of other celebrities will be seen participating in these rituals, keeping safety in mind and celebrating responsibly. Speaking on the occasion, Star Jalsha’s spokesperson said that the safest way to enjoy Durga Puja this year is to sit in front of the TV screens and enjoy the Jalsha Pujo Bari rituals. It is important that people act responsibly during this crucial period and help reduce the spread of the virus by celebrating responsibly and maintaining social distancing norms. Keeping this in mind, Star Jalsha has come up with an innovative concept like Jalsha Pujo Bari. Jalsha Pujo Bari will ensure that the happiness quotient and festive fervour remain intact among all, as everyone participates in the essential Durga Puja rituals from within the safety of their homes. On Shashthi, the channel will telecast Bodhon at 10.25 am. On Saptami, viewers can enjoy the rituals of Kolabou Boron at 8.25 am, Pushpanjali at 10.25 am and Sandhya Arati from 6.00 pm. On Ashtami, Pushpanjali will be telecast at 10.25 am, Sandhi Puja at 11.00 am and Sandhya Arati at 6.00 pm. Navami’s Pushpanjali will be telecast at 10.25 am and viewers can catch a glimpse of the Sandhya Arati at 6.00 pm. On Dashami, Dorpone Bisharjan will be telecast at 9.00 am, followed by Sindoor Khela at 4.00 pm.
