Kusum Devi Sunderlal Jain Dental College & Hospital Opened its Pathology for Economically Backward People

News Desk, News Nation 360 : On the auspicious occasion of the Gandhi Jayanti, Kusum Devi Sunderlal Jain Dental College & Hospital (A Unit of Shree Shwetambar Sthatanakvasi Jain Sabha), Kolkata, opened its Pathology and low-priced blood collection today in association with Shree Jain Hospital and Research Centre, Howrah for people who belong to a humble background. The college currently provides a 200 chair dental hospital with 60 super-specialist doctors. It has got the best infrastructural facility in the city for world-class dental treatment. The treatment includes complicated oral surgical procedures, cancer detection centres, cosmetic orofacial replacements and reforms, implant and endodontic clinic and an ultra-modern dedicated orofacial and dental imaging centre. All these facilities are provided free and this hospital has successfully treated almost 3 lakh patients over the last 4 years. There are over 400 students who are actively involved in educating themselves to be efficient dental surgeons of tomorrow. Equipped with over 2 lakh sq ft of constructed area, a sprawling campus housing lush green lawn, air-conditioned gyms and a cafeteria, a 10,000 sq ft library provide a conducive atmosphere for the holistic development of the students of the college. On this auspicious occasion, Nirmal Ghosh, Chief Whip Government of West Bengal was present as the Chief Guest. Amey Belorkar, the Guest of Honour and the Vice President, IDBI Capital Market & Securities Ltd shined with his gracious presence too. Sardarmall Kankaria, Chairman of the college said that the Shree S. S. Jain Sabha shall continue its contribution to the development of the society through its benevolent endeavour through thick and thin. Ashok Minni Secretary, Shree S S. Jain Sabha and Dr Jayanta Chattopadhyay, Dean of the college also addressed the gathering on this auspicious occasion.
