News Desk, News Nation 360: In order to honour the rich legacy of rainy-season delicacies, Orko's Restaurant & Lounge Bar has officially opened its much-anticipated seasonal culinary festival, "The Bengali Monsoon Table," creating a premier culinary destination at City Centre 1 in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Under the operational direction of Kaushik Sengupta, Corporate General Manager of the Sens Hospitality Division, the carefully planned event will take place from July 16 to August 2, 2026. The food has been created to inspire strong regional memories through genuine flavour characteristics. The festival, which takes place on the third floor of E-Block and is reasonably priced, starting at ₹1000, offers a sumptuous, upscale spread of traditional Hilsa masterpieces, such as Bhaja Ilish tossed with fried ring onions, Dhakai Ilish-er Paturi, and a modern Ilish Biryani, in addition to a substantial seafood selection that highlights Dab Chingri and Gondhoraj Narkoli Chingri. Offering discriminating foodies an unparalleled monsoon dining experience, the month-long showcase skilfully unites upscale hospitality with timeless home traditions with cosy, classic rainy-day classics like Thakur Barir Khichuri and a substantial Mutton Khichuri.
