Finally, the report highlights the long overdue recognition of women in the Indian food scene, from regional food preservers to chefs, bartenders, and brewers. The theme of provenance in an ever-changing culinary landscape denotes the investigation and amplification of the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine; it links to their food's source while also emphasising the necessity of
