INDO-MIM Uses HP to Enable Mass Production of Metal 3DP Parts in India

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The two metal jet binder 3D printers from HP are now operational in India thanks to the world's top metal injection moulding (MIM) company, Indo-MIM. The first company to enable large-scale production of 3D printed high-precision metal parts for the automotive, aerospace, defence, consumer electronics, and medical equipment segments is INDO- MIM, thanks to HP's 3DP technology. These machines installed at Indo-MIM's Bengaluru facility will serve both local and foreign markets. With this collaboration, HP's cutting-edge technology helps INDO-MIM to produce metal parts that are consistently of the highest calibre for the US and Indian markets. With the most recent advancements in metal binder jet 3D printing technology, HP assists INDO-MIM in satisfying the growing demand for complex metal parts that are prepared for mass production. Savi Baveja, President of Personalization & 3D Printing, HP Inc, stated that they are pleased to collaborate with INDO-MIM to use HP's metal additive manufacturing capabilities to open up new possibilities for their clients. They are prepared to revolutionise the Indian metal parts industry by producing locally and exporting globally. They are sure that by collaborating, they can promote adoption, spur innovation, and strengthen India's position in the world manufacturing community. INDO-MIM has invested in three state-of-the-art HP Metal Jet S100 printers as part of a global partnership. Its two state-of-the-art Metal Jet S100 printers will increase production capacity and offer localised support for Indian clients. While the other will spearhead application development and serve clients in India, the Middle East, and the rest of Asia-Pacific, the first will concentrate on the creation of new materials. The Indo-MIM facility in Texas, USA, now has a third printer installed.
