News Desk, News Nation 360 : Kolkata Films, the organisation in charge of the event, organised a beauty pageant called "King and Queen of Bengal" in Baguiati. Actors Abhik Bhattacharya, Joy Mukherjee, Soma Chakraborty, and director Sujit Guha attended the function. Four categories were used for the second year's beauty pageant: children, youth, young women, and adults. There were seven rounds in the semi-finals. On behalf of the organising committee, model choreographer Arindam Chatterjee stated that only 50 of the 80 individuals who registered for the competition this year took part. Those who made it through the competition will compete in the finals the following month.
