News Desk, News Nation 360: Over thirty student-led startup teams presented high-stakes, Shark Tank-style pitches to an esteemed corporate jury panel in Hyderabad at TakeOver 2026, NIAT's flagship cross-campus AI and engineering showcase. The competition was the culmination of BRAVE, NIAT's premier business accelerator, which operates on a hybrid model consisting of three months of structured online coaching followed by a rigorous offline execution week. One exceptional student project successfully brought in an astounding ₹15 lakh from real estate clients in just 90 days, demonstrating the cohort's commercial potential. BuildTrack, a cutting-edge AI-powered Construction Cost Intelligence Platform that automates people management, inventory tracking, procurement logistics, and real-time operations in India's extremely dispersed infrastructure industry, was the main attraction. BuildTrack, which currently has 120 active commercial clients, actively closes a significant structural gap in project transparency by providing live media documentation and validation pipelines designed especially for out-of-state stakeholders and the expanding Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investment community. Members of the category-defining jury, such as Mivi Co-Founder Midhula Devabhaktuni, Sid's Farm Founder & CEO Dr. Kishore Indukuri, and Google Cloud Regional Head of Education Nivisha Prabhakar, praised the student founders for going beyond abstract ideas to create high-grit, scalable, and market-ready enterprise products that actual customers are actively paying for.
