The 12 restaurants in Kolkata will host the culinary celebrations from February 10 to March 10. The meticulously crafted menu inspired by the theme Year of the Dragon, which embraces the vibrant spirit of the Chinese New Year, features a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes, such as Double Fried Pork, Udang Plasma Root, Hoisin Glazed Pork with Pokchay, Dragon Noodles, Stir- Fried Garlic Green Beans with Chicken, Crispy Ginger-Soy Scallion Fish, Thai-Infused Granite Prawns, Lo Mein Noodles, Chicken in Hot Basil and Cheese Bell Pepper Boat was unveiled by the esteemed chef
along with the well-known director and actor Parambrata Chatterjee. Debraj De, Managing Director of Shovona Hospitality & Restaurants LLP's Shanghai Flavours of China Town division, stated that the menu aims to entice palates by exhibiting the chef's skill at combining classic flavours with a contemporary twist, perfectly capturing the spirit of the Year of the Dragon. Additionally, during the holiday season, all 12 locations will extend their business hours and serve customers from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. This celebration serves as evidence of their dedication to provide customers with a genuine and engaging experience. Their goal was to provide a distinctive culinary experience while encapsulating the spirit of the Chinese New Year.
