News Desk, News Nation 360: For the training of Ultrasound-Guided pain procedures, the members of Daradia Pain Foundation are organising a Workshop on USG in pain Medicine at Daradia Pain Hospital New town Kolkata on 22nd and 23rd February. More than 50 specialist Doctors from different parts of India, Bangladesh, and Nepal are joining the program. Pain management is an exclusive branch of Medical science where latest treatment has been done to relieve various chronic pain like knee & low back pain to the terminal pain of cancer. A most modern treatment of this discipline is Ultrasound Guided pain procedures, which is very much effective for various pain management like treatment of knee
pain at an early stage. Regenerative Medicine used in PRP therapy is a kind of pain. It is observed in the study that Regenerative Medicine can cure osteoarthritis knee if it started at an early stage. Osteoarthritis knee is a common disease affecting the quality of life of patients of older age groups. Existing treatment for Osteoarthritis is exercise and medication at the earlier stage and Knee Replacement at a later stage. Most of the injections are done under ultrasound guidance. Platelet-rich plasma is blood plasma that is enriched with platelets. As a concentrated source of platelets prepared from the blood of the patient, Platelets function as a natural reservoir for growth factors that are essential to repair injured tissues. The growth factors that the platelets secrete stimulate tissue recovery by increasing collagen production, enhancing tendon stem cell proliferation, and tenocyte-related gene and protein expression. These growth factors also stimulate blood flow and cause the cartilage to become firmer and more resilient. PRP activates tenocytes to proliferate quickly and produce collagen to repair injured tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscles. In Press conference, Gautam Das, DR. Chinmoy Roy, DR. Debjyoty Datta, DR. R Gurumoorthi, DR. Dipasri Bhattacharya and other pain Specialists of the country has met the Press and state their valuable commands on USG guided solutions of pain Problems.
