The Lions International District 322B2 hosted the event in Kolkata, which honoured organisations and individuals for their unwavering dedication to excellence in education. On this occasion, Sardar Taranjit Singh, Managing Director of JIS Group, said that these honours serve as evidence of JIS Group Educational Initiatives' accomplishments in the fields of academic quality, innovation, and holistic education. The recognition of JIS Group as a leader in the education sector by the Gurukul Awards sets benchmarks for excellent teaching and overall development. With six awards in total, JIS Group Educational Initiatives proved to be a strong contender, demonstrating their commitment to offering top-notch instruction in a range of subject areas. The awards were given to various institutions that fall under the JIS Group's purview, emphasising their outstanding contributions to the field of education. The Best Educational Group Award went to JIS Group Educational Initiatives; other awards went to JIS University for Best Private University; JIS College of Engineering for Best Engineering College; Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology for Best Pharmacy College; Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management for Best Hotel Management; and Little Bright Stars Pre-School for Best Pre-School.
