Rare Photos and Manuscripts by Srila Prabhupada on Display in the World's Largest Exhibition at Mayapur Iskcon

News Desk, News Nation 360 : The 'Temple of Vedic Planetarium' at ISKCON in Mayapur is home to the world's largest exhibition on the life and activities of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Tagore Prabhupada, the renowned spiritual master, acharya, and founder of the Gaudiya Math. The exhibit spans 2,000 square metres. The Bhaktivedanta Research Centre, Kolkata, is collaborating with the Saraswat Vaishnav Society to organise the exhibition, on Thursday, February 29. This exhibition features 96 panels with over 5000 articles. The renowned art director Yadav Sen is the curator of the show. Sourish Das, the Bhaktivedanta Research Center's librarian, conducted the research. In addition to Prabhupada's manuscripts, books, and news articles published in different media, this exhibition features rare pictures of Prabhupada. This exhibition focuses on his

contribution to the spread of Gaudiya Dharma. It's thought to be among the biggest and most expansive exhibitions ISKCON has ever hosted. The 150th birthday of philosophers, social reformers, and notable spiritual leaders like Srimat Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Tagore Prabhupada will be celebrated in November 2023, according to UNESCO's schedule of events. It should be mentioned that 64 Maths were founded in India at the time by Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Tagore Prabhupada to further Gaudiya Vaishnavism. He also founded Vaishnava preaching centres outside of India, in Brahmadesh, Germany, and England. As a result, he helped spread the name of Krishna throughout the nation. A sizable exhibition honouring him has opened to the public in honour of the centenary of his birth. According to sources close to ISKCON, this exhibition will run for a few more months.
