The 100-Blockbuster Day Run of Bengal Talkies' Pradhan in Theatres

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Even after 15 weeks, the popular socio-political action movie Pradhan never ceases to astound viewers. The movie has just crossed its 100th day at the box office. Recently in Kolkata, Bengal Talkies, Dev Entertainment Ventures, Atanu Raychaudhuri, Pranab Kumar Guha, and superstar, Dev, held a cake-cutting ceremony to commemorate the occasion. Pradhan tells the story of Deepak Pradhan, an upright police officer, who gets transferred to the rural village of Dharmapur. There, he encounters a corrupt Panchayat chief, Jatileshwar Mukherjee, who exploits the locals. With the help of a fellow officer, his wise landlord, and the landlord's wife, Deepak uncovers the darkness of Dharmapur. The film is a fight for justice, showcasing Deepak's struggle for love, dignity, and honesty. It blends high drama with a Bengali cultural touch and strong acting, making for a captivating experience. Soham, Mamata Shankar, Anirban Chakraborti, debutante Soumitrisha, and the director, Avijit Sen, were present. Atanu Raychaudhuri and Pranab Kumar Guha were the producers. Avijit Sen, the Director of Pradhan stated that his goal in writing Pradhan was to provide a thoughtful analysis of the difficulties involved in social justice and political governance, in addition to being a source of entertainment. It has been an amazing experience working with Dev and Paran Bandopadhyay because they perfectly encapsulated the demands of their challenging roles. Furthermore, the audience was enthralled by Soham and Anirban's captivating performances. The movie, which follows our lead character Deepak Pradhan, aims to provoke viewers' reflections on the value of integrity and bravery in the face of injustice and corruption in addition to bringing attention to and stimulating conversation about the difficulties that people face.
