The Latest Campaign Reaffirms FGII's Support of the LGBTQIA+ Community to Promote Inclusion and Acceptance from Society

The ad emphasises the significance of fostering inclusive environments where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feels valued and accepted. It ends with the slogan, "Home is wherever you can be yourself." Ruchika Varma, Chief Marketing, Customer and Impact Officer, Future Generali India Insurance, stated that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are deeply rooted in the DNA of Future Generali India Insurance. citizen, they are fully committed to this philosophy. Everyone is entitled to a welcoming, accepting environment free from prejudice and judgement where they can be who they truly are. Their #WelcomeHome campaign, which showcases LGBTQIA+ talent from real life, seeks to bring attention to this essential need. Maybe the only place a person can truly feel safe and at ease in their skin, free from bias and social pressures, is home. Nonetheless, the quest for a place like this can be difficult for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. FGII emphasises the value of "home" and the necessity of creating welcoming environments for members of the community who frequently have to acclimatise to a world devoid of warmth, hospitality, and inclusivity in its #WelcomeHome campaign.
