News Desk, News Nation 360 : Prepare for a grand marathon as Kolkata welcomes the new year. One of Kolkata's most well-known clubs, Tridhara Sammilani, which is well-known for its large Durga Pujo and other CSR activities, today announced the opening of the Tridhara21KMarathon, which is being hosted by Emami Group. This event, which is set for January 5, 2025, is expected to unite runners from all around the city and beyond in a celebration of fitness, health, and camaraderie. Tridhara Marathon 2023 is a significant event in Kolkata's running calendar, attracting 2,500 participants across four categories: 21K, 10K, 5K, and 3K. The thoughtfully designed
routes offer scenic experiences, with the longer distances covering iconic landmarks like Lake Kali Bari, Gol Park, Gariahat Flyover, and Park Circus. Race day begins with a Zumba warm-up, followed by professionally timed races using RFID technology. Participants are given finisher medals, T-shirts, and dedicated pacers for 10K and 21K runs. There is comprehensive medical support in the form of emergency clinics, ambulances, and first-aid stations to ensure the safety of all runners. Tridhara Marathon invites all to join and contribute to a healthier community.
