News Desk, News Nation 360: Newsbeat Media India Group, in association with Roy's Taekwondo Academy, organised the 12-year-old organisation's own celebration with the release of the official poster for Newsbeat Doshobujha Sanman 2026 at Avidipta 2 Housing Complex, Kolkata, where classical dancer Ankita Dutta Karmakar was unveiled as the creative face of the campaign. The event, conceptualized by Founder & CEO Kunal Roy Chowdhury and Executive Editor & Creative Head Paushali Kar, with unique styling by fashion designer Santanu Guha Thakurata, make-up by Baishaki Naskar & Misti, and campaign photographs by Souptik Naskar saw the participation of cultural stalwarts like Grand Master Pradipta Kumar Roy, Senior Master Ruma Roy Chowdhury, Pandit Achinta Bhattacharya, musician Abhishek Basu and actor Supratim Roy, besides representatives from various Puja committees from across Bengal, in a celebration that is set to witness an added geographical and community dimension, with 12th edition, that for the first time, will see the competition stretching from South and North Kolkata, as well as create new categories for the Housing Complex / Society Pujos, as well as Howrah Pujos, in addition to the general awards for Best Theme Maker, Best Social Message, Best Champion of Champions, besides the popular Heritage Puja for recognizing community participation, initiatives on the environment, and more.
