Acropolis Mall Highlights Health and Safety in Honour of Women's Day

News Desk, News Nation 360: On March 8, 2026, Acropolis Mall concluded its two-day International Women’s Day celebration, “SHE,” based on four empowering themes: She Glows, She Speaks, She Listens, and She Protects. The extension of its ongoing campaign, “SHE Parking,” is now focused on women taking care of themselves instead of others. The celebration was marked by specific workshops under each of these themes. Skincare sessions were conducted under She Glows, while health discussions took place under She Speaks and She Listens. Doctors and experts, including Dr Puja Mahato and nutritionist Moutushi Ghosh, conducted a series of clinical sessions on PCOD/PCOS, menstrual hygiene, and nutrition for women of different ages in a private consultation room. The final session was conducted under the theme of She Protects, where a live self-defence session was conducted by Lady Sub-Inspector Rehana of Kasba Police Station. The session was aimed at raising awareness among women about their security. The event was attended by Subhadip Basu, Corporate GM of Merlin Group, and Sib S. Shaw, GM of Acropolis Mall. The event was a tribute to the “womenforce” and aimed to break the silence on reproductive health issues while empowering women to take care of themselves.
