News Desk, News Nation 360 : Airtel Cloud, a telco-grade cloud platform, was introduced by Xtelify, a fully-owned subsidiary of Bharti Airtel (‘Airtel’) that houses all of Airtel’s digital assets and capabilities. Originally designed to manage 140 crore transactions per minute for Airtel's internal use in India, this independent cloud platform is currently being expanded to accommodate the constantly changing demands of Indian companies. IaaS, PaaS, and enhanced connectivity are all provided by the highly secure and dependable Airtel Cloud, which is hosted on next-generation sustainable data centres, has Gen-AI-based provisioning, is run by 300 certified cloud specialists, and ensures secure migration, easy scalability, reduced costs, and no vendor lock-ins. Xtelify has introduced a new AI-driven, next-generation software platform that will enable telcos across the globe to eradicate underlying complexity, improve customer experience, decrease churn, and boost average revenue per user (ARPU). The offering covers all layers of the telecom value chain with a converged data engine for AI-driven insights, a Workforce platform for automation of tasks in real-time, and an experience platform for managing the entire customer journey. In conjunction with this launch, Xtelify also revealed three critical worldwide partnerships. The first, with Singtel, will see the 'Xtelify Work' platform being used to outfit its field teams in Singapore with AI-driven capabilities such as fleet optimisation and automated task management to enhance productivity. The second partnership is with Globe Telecom in the Philippines, where Xtelify will roll out its state-of-the-art 'Xtelify Serve' platform to drive customer experience at scale through omnichannel service assurance and data-driven intelligent operations. The third collaboration, with Airtel Africa, will deliver the Xtelify software suite of Data Engine, Work, and IQ to equip Airtel's 150,000 field workforce in 14 countries with market intelligence for micro-targeted campaigns and unlock key use cases such as spam and fraud protection, while Xtelify IQ will support secure, real-time, omnichannel customer interaction. Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and MD  ̶  Bharti Airtel, stated that this is a very important time in history as they offer software solutions and their top-notch, in-house Airtel Cloud platforms to Indian companies and telecoms worldwide. They are fortunate to already have agreements in place with three prestigious businesses: Singtel, Globe Telecom, and Airtel Africa.
