SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360 : A major addition to the city's developing urban corridor, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels and Ambuja Neotia announced the opening of The Park Unizen, a hospitality-integrated development of serviced homes on EM Bypass. The project is located next to the future THE Park Hotel and consists of 69 serviced apartments. The two projects are intended to support the corridor's growth as a destination for mixed-use lifestyles. The partnership unites two groups that have influenced the built environment and hospitality of Eastern India for many years. Established institutional experience and the growing desire for design-led, hospitality-connected living arrangements are strategically aligned in this endeavour. Priya Paul, Chairperson, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited, stated that THE Park has always focused on creating environments that bring culture and design to life. Their new opulent hotel on the EM Bypass is bringing that essence to a wider metropolitan setting. The Park Unizen infuses daily life with hospitality. It's about experiencing Kolkata's creative pulse daily and waking up to design, energy, and connection. A

joint venture by Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels and Ambuja Neotia will bring forth a new concept of hospitality-driven development along Kolkata’s EM Bypass with the unveiling of The Park Unizen. Conceptualised by global design firm Gensler, the design is inspired by the complex layers of Sundarban’s mangroves, reflected through its facade and piercing vertical design. The development will feature 69 luxury serviced residences and the upcoming 218-room THE Park Hotel, which is set to become a dynamic luxury icon with its range of dining options, nightlife, and air taxi landing facility. The design of the common spaces and club interiors is by Bobby Mukherrji Architects, who have worked with the requirements of modern design sensibilities with local sensitivities. A highlight of the design is its wellness terrace, which will be elevated with a panoramic pool and other leisure facilities.
