News Desk, News Nation 360: After witnessing a journey of 5 decades since its inception in 1975, Anil Balaji Steel (ABS) announced an ambitious master plan to invest ₹200 crores in downstream expansion while also targeting to enter the SME IPO in the next 3 years. Speaking at the media briefing in the presence of Founder & Chairman Anil Kumar Agarwal, CEO Virendra Agarwal, CFO Vivek Agarwal, Head of Production Balwant Ray Agarwal, Head of Marketing & Data Analytics Komal Agarwal, and the newly appointed Brand Ambassador, popular Bollywood actor Abir Chatterjee, ABS announced a slew of new initiatives Besides the launch of their new corporate website, the company also announced the expansion of the existing Jangalpur unit in Howrah, setting up manufacturing plants in Odisha and UP, and increasing their workforce to more than 500 while also expanding their fabricator network to 50,000 across the country. In the process, the company also aims to increase its turnover from the current ₹125 crore (25,000 MT capacity) to over ₹500 crores by 2030 while also announcing the new specialized vertical, ‘Fabrica’, to leverage its downstream segment to offer clients modern solutions like automated gates, pre-engineered buildings, pergolas, and façades. The company also plans to open a 15,000 sq ft Fabrica Experience Centre to showcase its entire range of products and solutions.
