SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk. News Nation 360 : In honour of Stress Awareness Month in 2026, Calcutta Business School and the mental health group Annantaa partnered to offer a life-changing stress management program aimed at assisting students in navigating the increasing waves of emotional exhaustion and academic burnout. The interactive session, which was led by psychotherapist Vidhi Bansal and counselling psychologist Madhuri Sarda, used clinical hypnosis insights and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to assist participants transition from "self-sabotage to self-mastery." Students gained a greater knowledge of how subconscious conditioning affects performance by participating in hands-on activities to decipher negative thought patterns, recognise emotional triggers, and reframe inner narratives from fear to confidence. The initiative strengthened Annantaa's #BeTheChange mission to promote proactive, long-term mental well-being conversations within educational institutions throughout West Bengal by providing future business leaders with actionable resilience tools and emotional clarity through the creation of a safe, reflective space for dialogue.
