Synchronising with Annantaa's mission of making mental wellness pivotal, accessible, and empowering, co-founder Madhuri Sarda underlined their commitment towards emotional nurturing of one and all. Members took part in instructor-guided discussions and facilitated healing sessions, examining how childhood experiences and self-limiting beliefs affect present mental patterns. A profoundly moving experiential session was conducted by Yuvraj Kapadia, Director and Founder of Ekaa Foundation, and he facilitated the participants to go into greater emotional awareness, reflecting on the need to know the mind as an "invisible body" and the body as a "visible mind" for achieving maximal human potential through the harmonization of mind's software and brain's hardware. Glamorous actor and writer Divya Dutta also imparted empowering personal reflections on emotional strength and resilience. The forum touched upon the increasing necessity for emotional acuity and community bonding in the fast-paced contemporary world. Annantaa is recognised for its activities in mental health through therapy, workshops, clinical hypnotherapy, and corporate initiatives, often in association with educational institutions and workplaces.
