News Desk, News Nation 360 : One of the biggest private sector banks in India, Axis Bank, revealed the winners of Moves 2025, its premier campus engagement initiative. More than 21,000 students from 50 prestigious MBA and engineering schools, including IIMs, IITs, Indian School of Business, XLRI, and Faculty of Management Studies, enthusiastically participated in the competition, which was created to find and develop India's brightest young minds. Themed around finding the "next big strategic bet for Axis Bank," Moves 2025 invited students to come up with out-of-the-box, future-proof solutions in technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, rural banking, and marketing. The competition unfolded over several stages, such as assessments, campus rounds, semi-finals, mentorship sessions, and a grand finale, testing the creativity, systematic thinking, and leadership abilities of the participants. Axis Bank 2025 Moves connects academia to industry through rewards, career prospects, and senior leader mentorship. The grand finale was represented by the top 10 finalist teams presenting to a distinguished jury of senior Axis Bank leaders like Munish Sharda (Executive Director), Neeraj Gambhir (Group Executive & Head - Treasury, Markets & Wholesale Banking Products), Bipin Saraf (Group Executive & Head - Bharat Banking), Rajkamal Vempati (Group Executive & Head - Human Resources), Sameer Shetty (Group Executive - Digital Business Transformation), Vijay Mulbagal (Group Executive & Head - Wholesale Banking Coverage & Sustainability), Prashant Joshi (Group Executive & Chief Credit Officer), and Pranav Haridasan (MD & CEO, Axis Securities). The winners were: Indian School of Business, Hyderabad: Shreyansh Kalhansh & Divyani (Winner), IIT Kharagpur: Amarpreet Singh & Ishita Mutneja (First Runners-Up), Delhi Faculty of Management Studies: Aarushi Singal & Swasti Verma (Second Runners-Up). Commenting on the initiative, Rajkamal Vempati, Group Executive & Head of Human Resources, Axis Bank, stated that Moves 2025 has been a potent exhibition of creativity, vitality, and ideas.
