News Desk, News Nation 360 : One of the biggest private sector banks in India, Axis Bank, announced the start of Sparsh Week 2025, a historic initiative that will unite more than 1 lakh workers from its 5,868 branches nationwide to fortify bonds and provide clients with unforgettable experiences. The leadership and staff nationwide will actively interact with clients at this flagship event, which is scheduled from September 1st to September 5th, and celebrate the Bank's service-oriented culture. This year's event, with the theme "Raise the Bar," is expected to revolutionise leadership visibility, employee engagement, and customer experience throughout the Bank's extensive network. In its third year, Sparsh Week is propelled by Axis Bank's core values: Own the Brand, Own the Customer, Act with Speed, and Zero Pendency. More than 40 of its senior leaders—Amitabh Chaudhry (MD & CEO), Munish Sharda, Subrat Mohanty, and Neeraj Gambhir, among them—will visit 40 cities, working directly with customers, guiding frontline teams, and conducting sessions to reaffirm these values. Sparsh Week 2025 has initiatives to design segmented customer experiences, draw out value offers, and mark long-term relationships. Offers include home loan opportunities from as low as 7.6% to suit CIBIL profiles, a unique advantage on Gold Loans, Current Accounts, Axis Direct Demat Account, Forex and Lockers, Family Banking, and Health Insurance. Let's Listen Sessions will allow unmediated customer connections at more than 5,800 branches. Some of the other activities are test drives of cars at auto showrooms and extension of loans in key cities, and felicitation of wholesale banking customers from small business houses to large corporates. Axis Bank's outreach program, Samaroh, will involve teams reaching out to communities across the country to build new and sustainable relationships.
