News Desk, News Nation 360 : There is never a solution to any issue through violence or war. Gautama Buddha spread the message of peace to put an end to conflict and bring peace back into people's lives. Buddhist monks hold that the only way to bring about true peace in the world today, where people are enmeshed in war, violence, and struggle, is to follow Gautama Buddha's

example. During the celebration of Buddha Jayanti, the 2569th International Vesak Day, Buddhist monks from all over the world prayed for global peace, reaffirming the conviction that war or violence is never the solution and real peace is possible only through adhering to the teachings of Gautama Buddha, which are very much relevant in today's global scenario of wars. To commemorate this day in Kolkata, the Siddhartha United Social Welfare Mission held a programme on Mayo Road, consisting of a seminar on world peace, with Buddhist monks participating. Dr Buddhapriya Mahathero, President of the West Bengal Buddha Jayanti Celebration Committee, stated that there is never a solution through war. Gautama Buddha thought that discussion was the best way to settle disputes. As a result, they implore the Indian government and governments everywhere else to use dialogue to settle disputes and restore peace.
