News Desk. News Nation 360: Players Anukul Roy, Tejasvi Singh, Ramandeep Singh, and Angkrish Raghuvanshi of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) visited the Disha Eye Hospitals facility in New Town. Disha Eye Hospitals is the largest eye care chain in Eastern India and will be the team's official vision partner for the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. Renowned ophthalmologists Dr Debdulal Chakraborty and Dr Soham Basak gave the cricket players thorough eye exams and advanced vision screenings during the special visit, which was hosted alongside Chairman & Managing Director Dr Debasish Bhattacharya. In order to preserve optimal visual performance in the face of demanding match schedules and lengthy travel, the medical professionals provided crucial expert insights about the management of eye strain, preventive eye care, and focused nutrition. Dr Bhattacharya stressed that this partnership goes well beyond a standard corporate sponsorship, acting as a significant celebration of accuracy and community ties that emphasise the critical significance of committed vision care in both everyday life and professional athletics.
