Degree Distribution Ceremony Held by GNIPST

News Desk, News Nation 360: Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (GNIPST), JIS Group's flagship educational institute, hosted its Academic Excellence and Degree Distribution Ceremony in the Guru Nanak College Campus, Panihati, bestowing degrees upon 235 B. Pharm and 287 M. Pharm undergraduates and postgraduates respectively to the graduating batches of the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025; 77 rank holders were awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals and Uttariyos, and the academic convocation was opened by Chief Guest Dr. Tapas Chakraborty, Vice Chancellor, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), as well as a gathering of leaders such as Sardar Simarpreet Singh (Director, JIS Group), Dr. Neeraj Saxena (Pro Chancellor, JIS University), Dr. Partha Sarkar (Vice Chancellor, JIS University), Dr. Ramkrishna Sen (former Biotechnology Head, IIT Kharagpur), Dr. Muktipada Rana (President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association), Dr. Abhijit Sengupta (Director, GNIPST), and Dr. Lopamudra Datta (Principal, GNIPST); addressing the convocation, Sardar Simarpreet Singh, observed that building accomplished pharmaceutical professionals necessitates inculcating ethical responsibility, healthcare innovation and impactful societal translation amongst pharmacological and clinical research graduates as they enter India's burgeoning biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
