SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360 : With Chokkhudaan - Pujo Dekho Moner Chokhe, a special project honouring inclusivity, compassion, and the authentic spirit of Durga Puja, Doctors' Choice, in collaboration with the Kashi Bose Lane Puja Committee, marked the beginning of Devi Paksho. Children with visual impairments launched the Puja at Kashi Bose Lane in a poignant and meaningful gesture, allowing the community to experience the holiday from their point of view. Gopal Saraf, Director of Sales & Marketing at Doctors' Choice; Shivam Agarwal, Head of Marketing & Strategy at Doctors' Choice; Dhinal Brahmbhatt, Chief Business Officer at Doctors' Choice; and Dr Shashi Panja, Hon'ble Minister for Industries, Commerce & Enterprises, Government of West Bengal, graced the occasion. Shivam Agarwal, Head of Marketing & Strategy, Doctors’ Choice, stated that as they greet Maa Durga, Pujo Dekho, Chokkhudaan Moner Chokhe has reminded them that empathy, inclusivity, and unity are just as important as grandeur when it comes to Durga Puja. They sought to create a setting where each devotee feels recognised, appreciated, and honoured by including these people with special needs in this project and providing Braille descriptions of the pandal's subject. Doctors' Choice is honoured to be a part of Sharod Utsav's significant beginning. Following the opening, Kanai Lal Chakraborty, Vice President of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India, Subhash Dey, Secretary of the Group Theatre of the Blind, and Chinmay Mondal, a visually impaired swimmer, received congratulations. They received recognition for their services to community spirit and society. The vision-impaired children then gave a heartfelt

musical performance to the audience, touching many and reaffirming that empathy, humanity, and group celebration are the foundations of true festivity. To further reinforce the message of Chokkhudaan in its purest form, a special eye donation kiosk will be put up at the pandal in collaboration with Medical Bank. To increase participation, a selfie area with a meaningful message will entice guests to take part, think, and share the gift of vision, encouraging people to donate their eyes and join this unique project.
