Fusion CX Completes Acquisition Integration for Scribe.ology

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Fusion CX Limited, a world-leading customer experience (CX) management and GenAI-driven CX transformation company, reported that it successfully integrated its acquisition of Scribe.ology LLC, a healthcare documentation solution provider based in Texas that provides in-facility and remote scribe services to hospitals, clinics, emergency departments, and telehealth providers mainly in the U.S., was acquired in April 2025 for $300,000 (approximately ₹25.68 million). This acquisition further bolsters Fusion CX's healthcare presence by bringing together AI-based platforms with Scribe.ology's clinical acumen to provide real-time documentation, AI-powered scribing, and enhanced patient engagement solutions, streamlining administrative tasks, increasing efficiency, and enhancing patient outcomes in a digital-first healthcare environment. The news was in tandem with Fusion CX earning the 2025 Stevie® Award for Customer Service Team of the Year in the Grand Awards Ceremony held in Lisbon, Portugal, signifying the firm's dedication to service excellence, collaboration, versatility, and innovation. Fusion CX, which was co-founded by Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi in 2004, has an international presence with more than 20,000 employees across 40 centers in 15 countries with services for industries such as healthcare, telecommunication, BFSI, and retail, and lodged its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) before SEBI in May 2025 as an important milestone for its growth plans.
