The centre is designed to serve as a central hub for retail and e-commerce support, prioritising the experience of both buyers and sellers while providing omnichannel solutions through chat, social media, email, voice, and in-app messaging. Fusion CX's footprint in India is strengthened by this development, which also emphasises Siliguri's developing status as a hub for education and talent. The Honourable Minister of Information Technology and Electronics of the Government of West Bengal, Babul Supriyo, as well as Fusion CX co-founders Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi, attended the opening. Pankaj Dhanuka, Co-founder, Chairman, Managing Director, and CEO of Fusion CX, stated that Fusion CX's dedication to developing a cutting-edge hub for E-commerce CX and sophisticated data-driven services is demonstrated by the Siliguri expansion.
