According to Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties, the company has developed this project keeping in mind the lifestyle and preferences of people in Kolkata, who require strong social infrastructure and locations of the future. This plot marks a significant expansion for Godrej Properties in Eastern India, adding to its already increasing portfolio of high-end projects across the country. The company aims to capitalise on the physical and social attributes of the EM Bypass corridor to create long-term value and high-quality living spaces for its consumers. This move marks Godrej Properties' plans to strengthen its presence in high-growth Tier 1 cities.
