JIS College of Engineering Honours Graduates' Outstanding Academic Performance

News Desk, News Nation 360: JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, one of the premier educational institutions of JIS Group, organised the 7 th Degree Award Distribution Ceremony of the institution on August 30, 2026, in which the graduating students of the batches of 2023, 2024 and 2025 received their degrees with honours and applause. The ceremony was graced by the presence of eminent dignitaries like Moumita Biswas Misra, Minister of State for Industries, Commerce & Enterprises and Science & Technology and Biotechnology, Govt. of West Bengal; Prof. Tapas Chakraborty, Vice Chancellor, MAKAUT, WB; Prof. Sukumar Mishra, Director, IIT ISM Dhanbad; Swami Sarvottamananda, Ramakrishna Mission, Howrah; Prof. (Dr.) Neeraj Saxena, Pro Chancellor, JIS University and Prof. (Dr.) Partha Sarkar, Principal, JIS College of Engineering. The convocation was a moment to rejoice and celebrate the spirit of perseverance and excellence of the students of JIS College of Engineering. JIS Group’s Director Sardar Simarpreet Singh and the Deputy Director (Business Development) Bidyut Majumder asserted the commitment of JIS Group to imbibe in the budding engineers the attributes of character, innovation and technical acumen to empower them to create a positive impact in the global industry ecosystem.
