Jitavati Das Launches Landmark Book TRIKALDARSHI Shri Shri Lokenath Brahmachari

News Desk, News Nation 360: On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, author Jitavati Das unveiled her significant second book, TRIKALDARSHI – Shri Shri Lokenath Brahmachari: The Boundless Mahayogi, in Kolkata, attended by notable public figures, artists, and actors—including Agnimitra Paul, Swapan Dasgupta, legendary singer Kumar Sanu, art critic Uma Nair, and actors Raima Sen, Jaya Ahsan, Yash Dasgupta, Sushmita Chatterjee, and Shaheb Chatterjee. The groundbreaking visual documentary, published by the Shilpayan Foundation and curated by acclaimed journalist Kounteya Sinha, brings together photography from Rajendra Mohan Pandey, Snehadeep Das, and Nilayan Chatterjee. It intertwines rare photographic research from undivided Bengal with psychological, philosophical, and political reflections on the life of Baba Lokenath (1730–1890). The 20-year-old author’s work provides a thorough examination of his message of selfless service, meditation, and universal harmony that transcends religious and political boundaries, tracing his journey from his birthplace in Kachua to decades of intense Hatha Yoga practice, extensive travels across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and his Mahasamadhi at Baradi.
