News Desk, News Nation 360: The eighth edition of the highly acclaimed talk series “Unwind – Boi Kotha Kow” was organised by Techno India Group, Eastern India’s largest education provider, on March 13, 2026. The talk was titled “A Conversation Beyond Boundaries: Science, Space & Human Curiosity” and had Dr. Goutam Chattopadhyay, a senior scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and Professor Chinmoy Saha from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). The idea for the talk series was inspired by the global movement called the Human Library. The idea is to enable students to “borrow” the lives of the personalities who have achieved great things. Dr Chattopadhyay talked about his journey from a humble beginning to becoming a scientist at NASA. His message to the students was to realise that curiosity is the key to unlocking the doors to scientific breakthroughs. Dr Chattopadhyay also talked about his mother’s advice to him to “Aakash Chhoyo Kintu Pa Jeno Matitei Thaake” (Reach for the sky but keep your feet on the ground). Professor Manoshi Roychowdhury, who is the Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group and the brain behind the talk series, said that such talks are essential to encourage students to innovate for the greater good.
