News Desk, News Nation 360: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) arranged a sizable volunteer blood donation camp at 63, Keshab Chandra Sen Street, which is located near the Amherst Street Police Station in North Kolkata, in order to address the severe summertime blood scarcity and carry out vital civic tasks. A total of 132 people successfully donated blood to be sent straight to a government blood bank as a result of the humanitarian effort, which attracted significant local participation since the early hours of the day. The incredibly encouraging and impromptu involvement of women, with 27 female donors coming forward to set a positive societal precedent, was a key feature of the campaign. North Kolkata BJP President Tamoghna Ghosh, North Kolkata Yuva Morcha President Subodh Das, and Jorasanko MLA Vijay Ojha were among the notable regional officials who came to the camp to encourage and support the young contributors. Speaking to the crowd, MLA Vijay Ojha stressed that the Yuva Morcha's prompt action will directly save lives during a time when regular blood banks are severely short-staffed. At the same time, Tamoghna Ghosh and Subodh Das praised the contributors, reaffirming that the organization is steadfastly dedicated to supporting the general public and carrying out vital social welfare duties in addition to engaging in active politics.
