Organised by the Indian Football Association to nurture grassroots talent across West Bengal through structured professional pathways, the massive 2025–26 edition of the tournament features 18 teams in the Under-13 category, 26 teams in the Under-15 category, and 22 teams in the Under-17 category. Serving as the official home ground for the Club Pavilion team, Merlin Rise establishes itself as a premier sports hub in Eastern India, housing prominent training institutions such as the Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence and the R10 Football Academy to drive youth engagement and active community living.
