Fruit juices such as Masala Jeera, Wonder Watermelon, Lemon Punch, and Cool Cucumber. While the nutritional value of each may differ, the majority of them offer several health advantages. They contain vitamins that support healthy bodily function as well as a variety of antioxidants that help lower the risk of certain health problems. Beat the heat by staying cool and hydrated. Wash the face with cool water regularly, but avoid excessive rubbing with ice as it can irritate the skin. Sunscreen is essential to shield from sunburn and potential heat rashes. To stay hydrated, drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Consider incorporating foods rich in Vitamin C and Calcium into the diet for additional benefits. Light oils like jojoba, lavender, rosehip, and grape seed oil are good options for keeping skin hydrated during hot weather. These oils are easily absorbed and won't clog pores. Cigarette smoke, perfumes, and diesel exhaust are common allergens that cause allergic reactions in the eyes. Eye allergies occur when allergens trigger histamine release, causing eyes to swell, redden, and water. Symptoms include swollen, red, puffy, itchy, or burning eyes, excessive watering, stringy discharge, and dilated blood vessels in the whites of the eyes. To find relief, rinse the eyes with cool or warm water and gently pat them dry. One can also try applying 3-4 drops of rose water to each eye and closing lids for 5 minutes.
