The Focus of the Bengal Business Council's Annual Convention & Vision Conclave 4.0 Was Bengal's Contribution to the Development of India

News Desk, News Nation 360: Bengal Business Council (BBC) organised its Annual Convention and Vision Conclave 4.0 with the theme “Developed West Bengal for a Developed India”, at which policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, and investors gathered to discuss ways to boost the state’s economic, industrial, and commercial growth. The summit was held under the leadership of BBC President Shri Chandra Shekhar Ghosh and Chairman Shri Avishek Auddy. The convention’s agenda included meetings and deliberations with West Bengal Finance Minister Shri Swapan Dasgupta, Industry & Commerce Minister Shri Tapas Roy, Tourism Minister Shri Shankar Ghosh, NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Dr Ashok Lahiri, and Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister Shri Subrata Gupta. Apart from addressing the lacunae in policies and procedures and facilitating ease of doing business, the convention reiterated that Viksit Bharat would be possible only through a Viksit West Bengal. It also opened its doors to the larger business community for the first time and organised a Business Exhibition & Innovation Showcase to showcase the potential of MSMEs, start-ups, and entrepreneurs in taking West Bengal to greater heights of development and growth.
