At the launch conference in Kolkata, new products Flexi-TUF eB-HFFR Wires and eB+ Power Cables—powered by electron beam (eBeam) technology and the result of significant research—were also introduced. For the Flexi-TUF eB-HFFR Wires and eB+ Power Cables, V-Marc created a special insulating material that uses XLPO-based polymer instead of dangerous PVC. These cutting-edge solutions provide strong protection against short circuits, an 80% increase in current carrying capacity, a service life of more than 60 years, and the capacity to tolerate operating temperatures of up to 150°C. By preventing chlorine emissions during fire situations, this environmentally friendly insulation greatly lowers the risk of asphyxia. These goods already have a strong reputation in Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe thanks to their cutting-edge technology. Deepak Tikle, Executive Director of V-Marc India Ltd. stated that in India, V-Marc is the wire and cable company with the quickest rate of growth.
