The Conclave Verde, located in Upohar - The Condoville in Panchasayar, Kolkata, has unveiled the festive culinary showcase, 'Sharod Shadher Bhoj', which will be showcased during the week of Durga Puja from 15th October till 21st October, 2026 as an extravagant festival buffet priced at ₹1,099 + taxes, where the age-old grandeur of Bengal's culinary traditions comes alive with a vast gastronomic spread starting with interactive live street-food counters serving up Live Hing Kachori, Masala Dahi Bhalla and Ragra Chaat, followed by artisanal appetisers including Aam Kasundi Chicken Tikka, Macher Chop and Bhuna Fish Barrel, leading into heritage main course with the banquet showcasing celebrated aristocratic and regional staples like Thakur Barir Mangsho, Chicken Dak Bungalow, Mutton Rezala, Shorshe Parshe and Chanar Mohima, accompanied with traditional accompaniments of Basanti Pulao, Ghee Bhat and Bhog-er Labra, and culminating into an authentic confectionery spread featuring Hot Malpua with Rabri, Baked Rosogolla, Rajbhog and Mishti Doi to create an evocative community dining experience for families celebrating the puja season.


The Dockyard Co., nestled on the historic waterfront at Jetty 8 by the Indenture Memorial near the Clock Tower in Garden Reach, Kidderpore, has unveiled its lavish Durga Puja dining showcase, ‘Sharod Samagom Er Mahabhoj’ (Pujor Mahabhoj), which will be open to pandal hoppers, families, and celebratory gatherings across the festive week from 15th to 21st October, 2026, priced at ₹1,799 + taxes per person. A panoramic riverside destination offering an expansive celebratory buffet, the event commences with interactive street-side and global live stations, notably live Phuchka, Papri Chaat, Ragra Chaat, classic Bengali Wedding Fish Fry, and an interactive Mongolian Live Station, plus appetizers such as Bhetki Posto Cutlet, Cabin Fish Cutlet, Cheese Malai Chicken Tikka, and Paneer Aam Kasundi Tikka; the feast is succeeded by an opulent main spread, featuring regional aristocratic and festive centerpieces such as Dhakai Kala Mutton Bhuna, Aloo Die Kosha Mangsho, Chicken Rezala, Shorshe Pabda, Bhetki Kalia, and Bhoger Dhokar Dalna, alongside aromatic dum biryanis and pulaos, and concluded by an artisanal dessert counter featuring Bardhaman classics such as Sitabhog with Nikuti and Baked Mihidana, Chanar Jilipi, fresh Sandesh, and a signature Live Rabdi Fountain.


Royal Bengal Room, the premier 11,000 sq. ft. banqueting destination located in City Centre 1, Salt Lake, Bidhannagar, has unveiled its signature Durga Puja festive showcase ‘Royal Bengal Bhuri Bhoj’ to be run throughout the festive celebrations from 16th October to 21st October, 2026. The opulent feast, celebrating the regional culinary ethos and timeless flavours of Bengal under an all-inclusive price point of ₹1,499 per person, begins with exciting glasses of Aam Pora Shorbot along with starters such as Thakur Barir Niramish Chop, Gondhoraj Fish Finger, Murghir Cutlet and Aam Kasundi Paneer Tikka with interactive chaat stalls, cold buffets and a dedicated Kolkata Kathi Roll Counter; anchoring the main culinary spread are quintessential Bengali gastronomic centerpieces such as Daab Chingri, Chennar Kalia, iconic Shyambazar-style Golbarir Kosha Mangsho and fragrant Dhakai Morog Pulao, paired with indigenous Tulai Panji Bhat with Ghee, Radha Ballavi and Trikon Porota, followed by an authentic confectionery assortment featuring Bardhamaner Sita Bhog, Bengali Malpua, Rosogolla and traditional caramelized Nabadwip-er Mishti Doi.
