SERVES FOR NATION
News Desk, News Nation 360: Ashirvad by Aliaxis, India's plumbing and water management leader, has come out with an emotional film that was released on 16th March 2026. This film is intended to be a tribute to the plumbing community in India, which remains behind the scenes while providing the necessary support to the country's infrastructure. This film, directed by National Award-winning film-maker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, with music by the illustrious Bickram Ghosh, and concept by Leo, is different from the run-of-the-mill brand films that companies usually come out with. This film focuses on the unsung heroes of the plumbing community, who have been instrumental in building the water management systems of our country, from our homes to our hospitals, and even to our space stations. The film tells the story of a boy who is unable to explain to the class what his father does for a living, until he stands up in front of the class and recites a poem that asks the central question: "Kabhi socha, paani kaise aaya?" This is the defining moment in the film, as the dignity of the plumbing profession is once again restored. In an interview, Amit Gheji, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Ashirvad by Aliaxis, explains that the film has been made to change the perception of the public by bringing into focus the science-driven workforce behind the company's products. In an interview, film-maker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury explains that the beauty of the film lies in the pride of the professional and the bonding between the father and the son. This film, which is based on the company's brand philosophy of "Is pipe mein science hai," aims to start a national conversation about how plumbers should be treated with the respect they deserve for providing life's essential resource to every corner of the country.
