Club Fenicia Launches its Curated Durga Puja Buffet

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Club Fenicia, the city's upscale lounge, debuted its eagerly anticipated Curated Durga Puja Buffet, kicking off the countdown to Durga Puja on a delicious note. Following the launch, the sophisticated location was transformed into a lively hotspot where elegance and tradition coexisted, and gastronomy and culture were seamlessly merged. A dazzling buffet of Bengali classics and festive treats, perfectly encapsulating Puja, was served to guests as they entered a lively, joyous setting. Speaking on that, Nandini Gupta shared that traditionally, Durga Puja has been about celebration, cuisine, and community. They sought to replicate that happiness at Club Fenicia with a buffet that pays homage to tradition while

providing their guests with an exceptional experience. Club Fenicia's Durga Puja buffet became even more special with the presence of popular model Madhabilata Mitra, folk singer Dipannita Acharya, and Nandini Gupta, Fenicia Hospitality Services Director of Operations, whose presence added charm and warmth and turned it into a lively mix of food, celebration, and culture. The lavish buffet is distinguished by its turning menus for each festival day—Shashti and Ashtami, Saptami and Navami—offering visitors a fresh festive spread every day, including Bengali favorites such as Shukto, Katla Kalia, Kosha Mangsho, and Kolkata Biryani, vegetarian delicacies such as Peyaj Posto Bora, Kuli Beguni, Mochar Chop, and Paneer Tikkas, multi-faceted non-vegetarian delights such as Chingri Macher Chop, Dhakai Murgh Tikka, Chimichurri Chicken, and Fish Finger, a variety of cool salads and makhas, Basanti Pulao and Dhakai Murgh Pulao to Golbari-style Mutton

Kosha and Pabda Macher Jhal for the mains, besides Stir Fry Noodles, Ghee Bhat, and Luchi, and a dessert counter boasting Mishti Doi, Rasogolla, Sandesh, Mango Pannacotta, Cheesecake, and decadent chocolate goodies that leave visitors spoilt for choice. The buffet, guaranteeing indulgence and freshness daily, will be available for lunch between September 28 and October 1, from Shashti to Nabami, at ₹1400 plus GST per head. With a Kolkata-flavoured menu carefully balancing nostalgia and luxury, Club Fenicia's Durga Puja buffet is intended to energise festival attendees before pandal hopping or provide a treat of a Puja meal in an upscale environment, re-establishing itself as a trendsetter in the city's festive and gastronomic culture, serving not only food but memories to hold on to.
