Cognizant will Increase Wages for 80% of Qualified Workers

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Recently, Cognizant declared that starting on November 1, 2025, almost 80% of its qualified workers will get pay increases. This is consistent with its declaration in its second-quarter earnings that it intends to give the great majority of its employees merit-based pay raises in the second half of 2025. The biggest raises will go to top performers. The majority of Cognizant's employees received their largest bonuses in three years earlier this year. Up to and including the Senior Associate levels, these raises will be implemented. Depending on the country and individual performance rating, the magnitude of these raises will change. Their consistently top performers in India will see pay increases in the upper single digits.
