KVS Manian has a plethora of knowledge and a successful track record in the financial sector. he oversaw Wealth Management as well as the Corporate, Institutional, and Investment Banking divisions in his prior position. These companies developed a successful, high-quality, and integrated franchise under his direction. The Corporate Bank continued to have best-in-class asset quality while seeing notable expansion in both size and profitability. Under his direction, the firms involved in wealth management, institutional equities, and investment banking all kept their top positions. KVS Manian is a certified cost and works accountant, an electrical engineer from IIT (BHU) in Varanasi, and the holder of a postgraduate degree in financial management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai. Following a distinguished 25-year career with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., KVS Manian joins Federal Bank. He was a key player in Kotak's evolution from a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) to one of the top private sector banks in India during his time there. His direction played a key role in propelling Kotak's Wealth Management, Corporate, Institutional, and Investment Banking segments' expansion and profitability.
