Nayanta University shares its Vision in Kolkata to Shape Future Leaders

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Nayanta University, established under the Maharashtra State Private University Act and supported by business leaders like Raj Dugar, Bharat Puri, Naushad Forbes, Kris Gopalakrishnan, Nadir Godrej, Meher Pudumjee, and Satish Reddy, will open in August 2025 with an innovative, fully residential undergraduate program to usher in tomorrow's entrepreneurs and leaders; named "Nayanta," or "New Hope," the university advocates a need-blind, merit-based admission policy to provide high-quality education to merit-conscious students to meet India's rising demand for quality education and aspiring to reimagine higher education through a new curriculum. Nayanta University's launch event emphasized the significance of value-based institutions and the key role of founders in creating a strong institutional culture, underscoring the university's vision to offer a world-class,

multidisciplinary education with deep roots in India's rich social and cultural heritage; with applications to the first cohort opening in February 2025 and classes starting in August 2025, the university's almost 100-acre fully residential campus in Pune is being designed to accommodate a collaborative and experiential learning culture; the event, addressed by leaders in education, civil society, and industry, emphasized the widespread enthusiasm and support for Nayanta's vision to offer an education that is intellectually outstanding as well as socially responsive. Dr. Ranjan Banerjee, CEO of Nayanta Education Foundation, outlined the university’s focus on student-centered education, stating that their goal at Nayanta is to foster personal development and self-awareness. They are committed to giving every student the support and direction they require to succeed both academically and personally. To prepare students for success in a world that is changing quickly, their programs combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
