This feat, recognised by the India Book of Records, demonstrated students' and faculty's expertise, creativity, and culinary richness. The event was attended by Arindam Sengupta, Adjudicator, India Book of Records, who presented the students with certificates, as well as Vivek Pathak, Founder Director, NIPS Hospitality Group. This one-of-a-kind event offered students the opportunity to meticulously craft a variety of desserts from around the world. The richness of these desserts was felt by
attendees who had the opportunity to sample them and immerse themselves in a truly global culinary experience. Over the years, our students have made them proud with their achievements in the hospitality industry. That achievement by the students, who have entered the prestigious India Book of Records in the Maximum Number of Indian and International Desserts Prepared category, is encouraging to say the least.
