News Desk, News Nation 360 : The bakery business Sobisco Fresh, which is part of the Sobisco family, a biscuit brand that has been around for more than 20 years, recently honoured World Chocolate Day by introducing their new, delicious line of Choco Lava Cake, which costs INR 90 at all of its locations. Additionally, all Sobisco Fresh locations will offer a special combo priced at INR 149, which includes chocolate lava cake and vanilla ice cream. Choco Lava Cake is a commonly favoured dessert. It is rich, chocolatey, and heavenly in texture and flavour. This dessert is paradise for chocolate fans because of its molten centre and flaky outside. This single-serve dessert is prepared with superior quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate, butter, eggs, and a small amount of

flour. It is baked with a gentle touch to obtain the best "lava" effect. Serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream makes it even more delicious. Choco Lava Cake is also known as a molten chocolate cake. It is believed to have been created in the late 1980s by two chefs. The chefs were Michael Bras and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Vongerichten is generally credited for popularising the dessert in the United States. He allegedly served it at his New York Restaurant in 1987. At roughly the same period, Michael Bras served his version in his restaurant in France. The molten core within is the highlight of the choco lava cake. It is in contrast to its fragile and moist crust. This melt-in-the-mouth cake best suits the sophisticated and lovely ambience of Sobisco Fresh's stores. It aids in building a quintessential and unforgettable experience with loved ones or even for a solo venture.
