SERVES FOR NATION

News Desk, News Nation 360 : A special screening of the movie "Tanvi The Great" was held in Kolkata by the Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) in association with Anupam Kher Studio. In line with Tata Power's flagship Pay Autention project, which aims to increase knowledge, comprehension, and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder and the wider neurodiversity spectrum, the event represents a significant step. Together with senior Tata Power executives, Himal Tewari, CHRO & Chief Sustainability & CSR, over 260 participants, including neurodiverse people and people with disabilities, as well as parents, carers, experts, Pay Autention

NGO partners, and Tata Group enterprises. A Pay Autention Sensory Experience Zone, created by Sensory All, a startup devoted to building inclusive sensory experiences, was set up at the location to enhance the experience. Visitors have a rare opportunity to experience the world from a neurodiverse perspective, thanks to the immersive environment. Representatives from the Tata Group, including Tata Memorial Hospital, Indian Hotels, Tata Steel, Mentaid, Youth4Jobs, South Kolkata Special School, and NIEPID RC Kolkata, attended the screening. Through this strategic partnership, Tata Power and Anupam Kher Studio will expand the Pay Attention Experience Zone and curatorial screenings of "Tanvi The Great" to Jamshedpur, thereby establishing inclusive spaces for educators, non-governmental organisations, caregivers, policy stakeholders, and individuals with neurodiversity and neurotypicality. Speaking on the occasion, Himal Tewari, CHRO & Chief Sustainability & CSR, stated that the goal of inclusion is to celebrate each person's individuality rather than to treat those with autism differently. Their goal with Tanvi The Great is to start discussions that foster empathy and value individuality. Through their Pay Autention program, India's first physical and digital neurodiversity support network, they at Tata Power are working to close gaps as part of their commitment to inclusive and sustainable development. Because every intellect matters in the world they imagine.
