Celebrating classic Mughlai and Awadhi traditions, the extended weekend menu features an array of signature Kolkata-style Biryanis (Chicken, Mutton, Egg, and Vegetarian), specialty kebabs (such as Chicken Shiraz Special, Lahsuni, Kasturi, Mutton Barra, Boti, Reshmi, Fish Afghani, and Paneer Malai Tikka), and rich gravies including Chicken Kassa, Chicken Rezala, Mutton Reshmi Butter Masala, Mutton Liver Fry, and Mutton Brain Masala paired with freshly prepared Indian flatbreads and pulao.
